CleanBox Windward is a mailbox cleaning service operated by Lila, serving the Lake Windward community in Alpharetta, GA 30005. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website or book a service, and how we use it.

When you book a clean, we collect your name, home address, email address, and mobile phone number. We also keep basic records of your service history, such as appointment dates and the before-and-after photos taken of your mailbox.

We use your information to schedule and provide mailbox cleaning services, to process payment through our payment provider (Stripe), and to send you appointment confirmations, service reminders, renewal notices, and before/after photos by email and SMS text message.

If you provide your mobile number, you may receive text messages from CleanBox Windward related to your booking, including confirmations, reminders, and before/after photos. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile phone number and personal information will never be shared or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages, or reply HELP for assistance.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. CleanBox Windward does not store your card details.

We do not sell your personal information. We only share information with the service providers that help us operate, such as our payment processor (Stripe) and our messaging provider (Sinch), solely to deliver the services you have requested.

We keep your information for as long as you are an active customer, and for a reasonable period afterward in case you book again or for our own recordkeeping.

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. You can ask us to update or delete your information by emailing us at the address below.

We may update this policy from time to time. The Effective date above reflects the most recent update.
